Theologos Kelessoglou, PhD

Product director

Theologos supervises product design and development in Fieldscale, and advises the executive team on business and operational matters. Theo is an Electronics Design Automation veteran, having held R&D positions at Valid Logic, Cadence Design, Precedence, and Mentor Graphics. He holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the University of Thessaloniki, a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology, and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley. Theo enjoys sea swimming year-round and taking  care of his pet tortoises.

Antonis Markoulis

Senior Developer

Antonis is in charge for the development of the pre- (design) and post- (visualization) processing environment of Fieldscale simulation software. Antonis is passionate about solving physics problems with computer software. He holds a Bsc in Physics and an MSc in Computational Physics from the Aristotle University of Greece.
During his MSc Thesis he developed parsers for .IGES file format, and implemented algorithms for solving the differential equations to study the dynamics. He enjoys watching football even though he used to be a basketball athlete.

Kyriakos Sgouromitis

Senior Software Enginner

Kyriakos is in charge of Fieldscale’s computing architecture. He ensures that the code and methods comply with the highest standards of consistency, functionality and efficiency. Kyriakos holds a BSc in Informatics from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Even though his main interests are software design and application/network security along with distributed processing and cloud development, he always finds himself occupied in a greater range of trivial and not IT issues. He enjoys binge-watching TV series and reading One Piece.

Stamatis Amanatiadis

Simulations Engineer

Stamatis is an Electrical and Computer Engineer holding his Diploma from the faculty of Electrical and Computing Engineering in the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. His main objective is to implement and validate complex electrostatic structures with the software. At his free time, he enjoys playing basketball and relaxes with a glass of coffee.

Dimitris Fakis

Simulation Engineer

Dimitris is a graduate of the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, specialized in Electrical Power Engineering. As a simulation engineer in Fieldscale, his main task is the modeling and simulation of electrical apparatus.  His spare time activities include watching and playing basketball, cooking and reading literature and history.

Kostas Mylonakis

Software Engineer

Kostas is a graduate of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Besides his interest in the field of computational physics, he enjoys expanding his developing skills learning about Web developing. At Fieldscale he contributes in Software development. At his free time, he enjoys playing basketball and long hour coffee drinking.

Athanasios Karafyllas

Application engineer

Sakis is an Electrical and Computer Engineer holding his Diploma from the faculty of Electrical and Computing Engineering at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. At Fieldscale, working closely with the developers’ team, he makes sure that customers’ demands are implemented properly into the company’s software. His role also includes testing and validating Fieldscale’s software in order to ensure that the end product works flawlessly and meets the highest standards. In his spare time, Sakis loves cycling and playing video games and enjoys barbecuing with his friends and family.

Thodoris Koumbis

Simulation engineer

Thodoris has graduated from the faculty of Electrical and Computing Engineering of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. His role in Fieldscale consists of testing and validating the software implementation via simulation of electrostatic structures. He takes deep joy in the company of his friends, either going out or playing games.

Petros Katsileros

Software Engineer

Petros is a graduate of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, holding an MSc in Electronics and Programming. He likes solving difficult computational programming tasks with his interests focusing especially in parallel programming techniques and Machine Learning algorithms. He’s also keen on Linux OS, servers, and object-oriented software engineering. At Fieldscale, he contributes in Software Development. He spends his free time walking with his dog and doing sports/outdoor activities.

Paschalis Arampatzis

Market Research Analyst

Paschalis holds a Bachelor degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Information Systems from  the University of Macedonia. After serving in the Research and Informatics Corps he joined Fieldscale and he is responsible for market research activities and business model analysis. Paschalis loves learning something new every day, video games and going out with friends.
